Launch of HMS Duncan

D37 Hms Duncan hits the water at Govan Shipyard and may be the last slipway launch of it kind on the river, Cms tugs Beaver Bay,Bruiser, Battler and Biter stand by to make fast, Switzer Milford was also in attendance.

HNLS De Zeven Provincien F802

About to take on her pilot form the cutter Toward is the dutch naval vessel De Zeven Provincien, making her way to Glasgow for a visit and some shore leave for the crew before the start of Joint Warrior 102. The American oiler USNS Leroy Grumman can be seen anchored at the tail o the bank and was being tender to by Cms Criuser all weekend.
